Account eligibility and responsible use

Accounts are currently available only to United States residents aged 13 or older. Provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. Do not impersonate others, access records without authorization, submit unlawful or infringing content, harass people, introduce malicious code, or manipulate leaderboard results. QR and job codes identify records; they do not grant account access.

If you are under 18, involve a parent or guardian when arranging stringing services or agreeing to payments. Do not use another person’s account to bypass eligibility. Parents can manage younger players’ equipment through their own accounts, using minimal personal information.

Your records and contributions

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Cognimble LLC permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the features you use, including public display when you choose to publish. You must have the rights and permission to submit other people’s content or information. Private notes stay private; sharing and publication have separate controls. See the privacy policy for provider processing and retention limits.

Simulator, recommendations and equipment safety

The simulator illustrates appearance, not an exact physical prediction or a certified stringing plan. Catalog specifications, professional-player setups, string recommendations, tension suggestions, tie-off guides and tennis trivia may be incomplete, approximate or outdated. Manufacturer instructions and a qualified stringer’s inspection must determine compatibility, tension limits, mounting, string routing and tie-offs before any real stringing work.

No setup guarantees comfort, performance, injury prevention or suitability for a particular player. Main10s does not provide medical advice. Stop using equipment that causes pain or appears damaged and seek appropriate professional guidance. Do not rely on a visual preview as proof that a setup is safe.

Stringers, shops and external content

Listings and user reviews are not a guarantee, accreditation or endorsement. Confirm a stringer’s identity, qualifications, price, turnaround, payment arrangements and cancellation terms directly before requesting work. The stringer is responsible for the stringing service they agree to provide; Main10s provides recordkeeping and coordination tools. Brand names, athlete references and images identify products or editorial subjects and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. External links have their own terms.

Google Maps

Use of Google Maps features is also subject to the Google Maps / Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Directory details are supplied by shops; Google business listings do not establish that a business offers stringing or is enrolled with Main10s. Confirm services and arrangements directly.

Availability and disputes

We aim to keep Main10s useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free content or particular results. Keep a portable copy of important history. We may restrict misuse or suspend unsafe features, subject to applicable law, and you can contact us about a restriction. Report a problem promptly so we can investigate.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, waives statutory privacy or consumer rights, or limits remedies that the law requires. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

Updates

We will identify revisions by their effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where required, we will ask for fresh agreement rather than treating a policy update as consent to new processing.
